Accent 470 Wire Tier
The Accent 470 is a hydraulically operated automatic wire tier designed for double-ram balers. It is compatible with 12-gauge high-tensile galvanised wire and is built around a four-wheel drive design, fixed factory settings and an accessible maintenance layout.
The system requires no mechanical, hydraulic or electrical adjustments during normal operation. A debris guard, removable parts cartridge and open access to components are designed to simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.

The Accent Select combines a wire-tying head and a plastic-tying head on the same frame. Operators can select wire or plastic through a touchscreen, allowing one system to handle applications that require different tying materials without a mechanical changeover.
Designed for double-ram balers, the system can also be retrofitted to replace an existing wire or plastic tying system, subject to the baler configuration and installation requirements.

EnviroBale is a solid waste containment system designed to enclose baled waste in a dedicated bag. By virtually eliminating material fall-out, it can improve cleanliness during handling and transport and reduce the operational impact of loose material.
The system is designed for double-ram balers and uses the movement of the next bale to push the compressed bale from the nozzle into the EnviroBale bag.

The HDH Poly Strapping System is a heavy-duty solution for polyester or polypropylene plastic strapping. Its all-steel track is custom-sized to the baler, and the system uses a thermo-electrical heat seal with digital temperature control.
It can also be coupled with the Accent 470 Wire Tier for operations that use plastic strapping for RDF and wire for recyclable materials.

Bringing equipment and parts together also makes the product journey clearer after installation.
